I discovered Mrs. Flowers’ business when she was at her former location a little further south on Harford Road. The staff has always delivered excellent customer service. The present location has been a good choice as an upgrade. Personalities have not changed. The enthusiasm has always been upbeat. Even when they get swamped by a last minute rush of customers the staff is exemplary. I have had the occasion of being a late day customer on the holidays for time to time.
